1. Drawer units and trolleys for workshop tool storage
Workshop drawers and trolleys are ideal to store tools and keep documents and equipment in a safe place, thanks to the integrated lock. They can support up to 66 pounds (30 kg) and be equipped with adjustable feet or wheels in the case of trolleys. Here are two examples of DEA’s drawer units and trolleys for workshop tool storage.
Single drawer unit module with 3 drawers
This workshop tool storage drawer is a fixed unit with 3 fully-extending drawers mounted on DEAmotion guides (soft closing). Each drawer can support up to 66 pounds (30 kg).There are pre-cuts in the upper and rear zones that can be easily opened during the installation phase in order to feed electrical wires or air hoses into the sides of the structure.
Single trolley unit, 90 series with 6 drawers
This single trolley unit can be used to store workshop tools and is equipped with 6 drawers mounted on guides, resistant up to 99,20 pounds (45 kg). It has an ergonomic handle in extruded aluminium with guides to insert labels, and 4 reinforced swivel wheels (two equipped with brakes).
2. Workshop workbenches for tool storage
DEA’s workshop workbenches are perfect to keep in order any kind of tools, including the most voluminous. They can be integrated in any type of composition, for example we provide workbenches for mechanical workshop, bodyshop, diagnostic area or receiving area. This cabinet is particularly well-suited for housing a computer and personal effects. A computer and a printer can be placed on the dedicated shelf below, while the drawer can be used to contain the operator's personal effects, a wireless keyboard and mouse, or a notebook.
3. Worktop for tool storage
DEA’s worktop are designed to be resistant and host tools that are being used during a job. Tops provide an elegant finish to your furniture and can be chosen as a completion for a DEA composition or alone. Of course, our worktops are designed to match at best DEA furniture.
Worktop for 1,5 modules
This illustrative worktop is made of 2 mm thick sheet metal folded four times, welded in the corners for additional reinforcement and of 2 omega bars along the entire length of the module. The bars can also be used to pass piping and power cables.
4. Wall furnishing and perforated panels
A perforated panel is a practical tool storage in a workshop: it keeps all of your most common tools within reach without having to fill the work space with too many cabinets or drawers. Tool panels can be mounted on the workbench or directly on a wall. Below you can find out an example of our wall furnishing line.
