USADEA Academy Room: an open space for training and updating
Tempus fugit: six months have passed since the inauguration of the new DEA and RO&CO headquarters and the management of the new Industrial Area proceeds in an excellent fashion. Our employees and collaborators are living the new spaces with satisfaction and full participation, and the company's processes have become more fluid.
Visitors also appreciate the environment we have created: the apple in the eye of the new headquarters is the Academy Room, a place chosen for the training of our partners and the perfect solution to tell our potential clients about the possibilities offered by our services.
Training courses for DEA partners
The Academy Room is located on the ground floor, near our logistics and production offices and the meeting rooms. Overall, the space covers 2000 m2. In the Academy Room, we regularly hold conferences and upgrade courses with highly specialised contents for partners and clients.
Here we develop the significant subjects regarding Sales and Strategy processes: approach to prospect, sales process, product features, after-sale assistance, client retention. We debate point by point and bring our partners in, communicating all the know-how necessary to convince potential clients of the quality and functionality of our high-class fittings.
Demonstrative days for DEA dealers
The Academy Room also welcomes our dealers and their clients in what we call DEA Tours. Periodically, each dealer is given the chance to organise a guided tour of the Industrial Hub. The goal is to show to leads and clients the potentialities of a high-range fitting.
Space optimisation, improvements in technicians' productivity and efficiency, personalisation and enhancement of brand identity are some of the advantages offered by DEA's body shop furniture: with the Tour, we stimulate mechanics and body shops to think over their marketing strategies, beginning with the functionality and design of the workplace.
