A factory is made of people. Not walls. « I want to take a moment to acknowledge something truly important: the people who work with us. The men and women who bring this Fano facility to life every single day, because without them, none of this would exist. It took us three years to reach this moment, a moment that marks an official milestone for our company. But for us, it’s not the end of a journey. It’s the beginning of the next one. We chose to celebrate with this event, not just to open a building, but to honor the fact that this company was built from the ground up. When we first took over this facility, it had been sitting empty for years. Last year, we had to expand, we had already outgrown it. In 2021, when we made the decision to invest in this vision,we were just over ten people. Today, this facility employs around fifty. And that number tells a story. A story of growth, of resilience, of shared commitment. A story that proves: you can build machines, technology, infrastructure, but without the people behind them, it means nothing. So today, more than opening a factory, we’re celebrating the team that made it all possible.
