The greatest satisfaction has been, and still is, seeing the company hire people and offer jobs and growth opportunities to more and more individuals. I’ve been with the company since the very beginning, and I fondly remember everything — the lows and the highs. Starting an industrial start-up in 2011 was no small feat, and for that I will always be grateful to Lino Di Betta and Emanuela Ferrari for their courage, determination, and perseverance every single day — and above all, for the continuous opportunities they’ve given us

I started out as a workspace designer, a role that brought me closer and closer to the technical world of furniture, while still maintaining an overall aesthetic vision. For several years now, I’ve been focusing on new product development, always striving to merge functionality and design.
What has always accompanied me throughout my career are these two worlds: on one hand, the technical and quality side, and on the other, the aesthetic dimension — along with the constant challenge of making them coexist in a single product: a DEA product.
From my very first day at DEA, I’ve felt a strong sense of belonging and a constant commitment to grow alongside the company. Every project and every challenge has become an opportunity to learn, improve, and refine my skills — both professionally and personally.
What I value most is the collaborative atmosphere and the continuous pursuit of improvement, always keeping quality and innovation at the core. Looking back on the journey so far, I feel proud of the results we’ve achieved and motivated by the challenges that lie ahead.

I’ve been at DEA for 11 years — first in production and shipping planning, and later in a completely new role. For the past 4 years, I’ve been managing the painting department.
When this opportunity was first presented to me, I won’t hide that I had some doubts. I took on a completely new challenge within DEA, but that challenge soon turned into real satisfaction. It has been an experience that allowed me to step into a field that was entirely new to me — a field I’ve seen grow and evolve thanks to the men and colleagues who, like me, recognized and embraced a true opportunity to create something that today brings merit and credit to the entire team.
